Returns and refunds, warranties and complaints.

What is a warranty?
Warranties are similar to guarantees, in that they provide a legally-binding assurance that any problems caused by manufacturing defects during a set period will be remedied.
However, unlike guarantees, the customer normally pays for this extra protection. For example, electrical retailers often offer to sell a warranty on their products which covers accidental damage, the cost of repairs and replacement parts.
Warranties - also known as "extended warranties" - have a similar effect to insurance policies - indeed some are issued and underwritten by insurance companies. They are sold on the basis that they will provide the customer with "peace of mind" over the first few years of ownership.
Remember that as a supplier, any warranty you offer is in addition to your statutory responsibilities under the Sale of Goods Act. A supplier cannot, for instance, refuse to deal with a customer's complaint about a faulty product simply on the grounds that the warranty on the product has expired.
In law, a supplier is still liable for any breach of contract - for example, if the goods are not fit for their purpose, or of satisfactory quality - for a period of up to six years (five years from the date the problem arises, in Scotland).

It didn't planned to change my hair style. At the afternoon I just wanna to have a haircut only,
but I didn't know suddenly I changed my mind, I ask the hair stylist for a curly hair style. After have a few minutes
for bargain (actually I didn't keep enough money in my wallet, then she helped me by asked her daughter to drive me to drawn from ATM nearby....hehehhh...) then the hair stylist start to twist...twist my straight hair into roll's hair.
Oh...it was hurt my head, she twisted my hair too hard (I never imagine it before). After a half hour, she finished twisting and then another a half hour after, for taking off these roll's hair.
Wow.....the new hair style coming....I realized that I didn't feel comfortable with that.
GOD, pls forgive me.

Most of my friends, my nephews, my younger brothers/sisters's sunday school said this curly hair style
made me ugly. Oh no...no...
I wanna to have a haircut soonly, to cut off the curly path. But it still too short....have to wait another few months.
But eventhough, I have to survive...hehehh. Take a risk, so I'm trying to enjoy it.
Actually it didn't made me ugly at all, there are still my friends said " cantik koq..." (thank my friends).
My curly hair..........oh..........my curly hair.................!

Gilbert.....my youngest nephew.

I love to interact with him, sometime he speak like a grown up men, even he just
7 years old. He ever told me to colouring my hair with copper colour, coz he thought it will make me more beautiful.

Last month he has been starting his 1st school in primary school. He is very happy to have a new
adventure, new friends, etc in his life.
He'd rather stay at home to accompany his mom while his brothers going out for play around.

Gilbert loves cats very much, sometime he act like a parent for them. In raining season , he will
more take care these cats. He cover them by it's blanket to keep them warm.
His father ever thrown out these cats just to avoid any desease, and he get angry.
He looked around and find it and argue his father for not repeated.
Also he named these cats, Puss-puss, pussy, etc.
And seems these cats enjoy it.

During my visit in Hanoi on Nov' 05, I got a lots new experience.
The situation is really different, start in airport found a long jam queue.

Then on the road, found a strange traffic even compare to my country Indonesia.
I saw very often most of the motorcycle's rider didn't wear a helm and one thing made me very surprised,
one motorcycle got 3 passenger!! even in the highway. And seems there were no policeman stand by there.
They across the road at their pleasure without alert others, sometime like a "X" traffic. Everytime I across the road (of course in zebra cross), I found my self was trembling.
But eventhough, I never hear they argue to each other. Maybe coz this situation happening in everyday,
of course they didn't want to waste their energy. And I proud on this (I imagine it happening in my country).

In the morning & afternoon, most of men enjoyed their breakfast and coffee time in coffee shop
which found along the road. These coffee shop is a little bit unique, chairs and tables has a short type.

But top of these thing, they are very friendly, honest and care. At least these image I got from people,
friends around me.

And for the food are very delicious except for the mint flavoring.
In the end of our visit, we went to silk village for hunting of souvenier. This silk village also available
for the factory outlet. According to them these souvenir are made 100% silk.
And these price are very cheap and quality are good.

See you Hanoi -Vietnam again. I miss u !

all u there.

I wish one day we can meet again.
